Informations
I'm making this as a hobby as an individual. My goal is to provide a good product to the community, not to become a big company for ham radio parts.
As a background, I own a 3D printer manufacturing company in France, so I've some printers ready to make the good job for your box !
The money I'll earn with this project will be reinjected for other rigs support, for example to make AIO box for FT891, Xiegu X5105… In accordance with further requests.
Delivery time
If you order only the base kit, with printed parts and CNC milled parts, I'll be able to prepare your order within 10-15 days.
If you order some options like electronics parts with the kit, the delivery time will be increased to about 3-4 weeks before shipment.
What you will NOT receive
With exportations issues and customs problems with battery packs, I'll not provide any battery pack in my kits. You'll have to make your own battery pack, from 18650 soldered cells, or from 26650 cells and battery holders. As I don't know which kind of battery pack you'll have, you'll have to order also the matching charger.
I haven't created an option for the Raspberry Pi 4, because as an individual I'll don't have any discount from the supplier, so it's better for you to buy it directly.
You'll need to buy :
- Raspberry Pi 4 board (the 2Gb RAM version works well, but you can buy the 4Gb or 8Gb version if you think you need it)
- 8Gb or 16Gb SD card (class 10 is better)
You don't need a power supply, because inside the AIO box you'll have to install a stepdown converter.
Options
Base kit
This kit contains only the 3D printed parts and the CNC milled parts + global screws :
- 3D printed AIO box in PLA
- Top plate
- Bottom plate
- Heat transfer aluminium block for the RPI4 chip
- Side plate for the USB step down converter (with no holes to let you adapt what you'll want to install yourself)
- Side plate for the power in supply (with no holes to let you adapt what you'll want to install yourself)
- bags of screws for the assembly (please note that the screws are Torx print)
You need to choose the material for the box :
- Army green PLA : standard material, just beware if you plan to use the box in very hot places, the PLA will soften starting at about 50°C
- Black PLA : standard material, just beware if you plan to use the box in very hot places, the PLA will soften starting at about 50°C
- Black PETG with carbon fiber : better looking material, higher impact resistance and better heat resistance (about 70°C before softening)
Right side plate USB option
The right side plate is the plate for the step down converter with USB output. In standard the plate is blanck, with just the 4 holes to mount it on the printed box :
Or you can choose the USB option to have it cut for using the USB port :

Left side plate XT60 option
The left side plate is the plate for the power source. In standard the plate is blank, with just the 4 holes to mount it on the printed box. You are free to make your own holes for your setup :
Or you can choose the XT60 mounting hole if you want to install XT60 connector like I did + switch to trigger the internal battery charger board :

Electronic parts
If you want to have the electronic parts and connectors to assemble it without the need to order the parts from several places, you can buy this kit. This option will include :
- 1x Relay 12V
- 1x XT60 socket with screw mount
- 1x Switch for charging board
- 3x Good quality lever switches
- 1x SO239 connector with base plate
- 2x 40x40mm fan protection + filter
- 2x 40x40mm fan 12V
- 1x Thermal switch 55°C NO
- 1x 12V to 5V step down + USB
- 1x RJ45 socket
- 1x 4mm banana socket
- 1x Various (cables, screws…) for the global assembly
You will still need a soldering iron, some elbow grease to assemble the kit !

Digital interface kit
The digital interface kit I propose is this one : digital interface.
I've developped this one with the help of my friend OH8STN videos and it's working very well. It's also very compact and compatible with the AIO box.
So, this option will include :
- 1x CT-62 cable
- 1x USB soundcard
- 1x Mini din 6 connector
- 1x Mini din 8 connector
- 1x Wires and tubings
